I flipped my crate upside down to use as a table for my printer as it does not fit on my current desk. It fits underneath the desk, and I feel secure that it will hold the printer without worrying about it falling, knocking it over, or collapsing. It is extremely sturdy and durable. I also like the clear color, so it is nearly invisible against white walls. I'm also planning to buy several more of these to use as crates for my students' books AND as benches when a wooden board is placed over the opening and zip-tied to the crate. My students can read while sitting on them, and when they are done, they simply get off, grab another book, sit on it again, and read.

I love that these are clear (you can get colors, but I like the clear), and they stack securely with interlocking tabs. However, they are not very strong, so you can't really use them to store anything heavy. If they were made of more sturdy material, I would give these five starts. As it is, the limited strength limits usability, but for what they can handle they are fabulous.

I bought six of these for my home office. I found them very useful for storage and you can use them as file crates. I plan to put a few of them together for extra bookcase space.
