          I first ran across a version of this when a friend had the Staples mouse pad with the wrist rest attached. I already had a mouse pad I liked, so I went on the Staples site to see if they had the wrist rest without the mouse pad. When I found them, I purchased two to use with my two computers. My son saw them and asked if he could have one. He liked it so much he asked for a second one to use instead of a full length wrist rest. He likes them just as much as I do! They are a nice weight and thickness. I wish they came in more color choices.

                I provide remote technical support and use the computer on the average of thirteen hours a day. Let me tell you Carpal tunnel syndrome is real! You need to support your wrist when using a mouse. There are many extravagant models and I have tried them all. This is a very simple design but IT WORKS AND WORKS WELL! The is just perfect so that the wrist support doesn't constantly get in the way of the mouse. The material is perfect. It's just right to support the wrist NATURALLY!
