The paper is fine but the pads almost always fall apart. My waiters complain all the time. In years past the binding had a gauze like material as part of it and they held together. I understand cost is a consideration but this is so inexpensive and an easy & great fix. I also resent that they are sourced from overseas.
(Egypt currently). Again cost, but have you considered the carbon footprint as well as the
environmental laws in those countries?
