Your questionnaire needs to be revised so that we are not subjected to a "forced choice", for example, between personal or business use. I use these folders for both, equally. I have no way to indicate that and I will not place one above the other. Similarly for "Quality" or "Value" orientation. They are equal for me. I am not entirely satisfied with your manufacturing of the "Guide-Height" folders. The cardboard is minimal in its thickness, and there are always too many fragments of the cardboard cuttings that fall out all over tables, furniture, and the floor, whenever they are removed from the package. It seems to be amateurish and sloppy, without care for the final product.

These are the ONLY file folders you can purchase that are cut high enough so that you can actually read the tabs when you put them in hanging file holders. I don't use anything else!! (other files fall out of sight and get lost)
