        The Staples HL8000 Commercial 30 Wide 2-Drawer Lateral File/Storage Cabinet only comes with hardware for use a lateral file (side to side). You would have purchase different hardware for use front to back.

        Yes the drawers are full extension, and the drawer extension restraint system prevents tipping by using a mechanical interlock that allows only one drawer to open at a time.
