Home use for papers relating to same topic
Keeping topics together but separate
Not easy to label if you put papers in first
Not easy to remove if you want one file at a time; only easy if you want to remove the content of one file at a time

I have to store many colors of card stock, so this has kept them separate, yet protected the edges from getting dented in. I can pull the ends to expose all the colors when I need to look for one. Then I push it back again for a tighter secure storing.It also keeps the card stock from warping.
Having a nice big file cabinet has helped too.
