As a retiree of the Accounting Industry, my Son-in-Law uses this item to exemplify to his students the ease of, and ability to, track expenses.

As a parent he works with our grandchildren to learn from mistakes..

I, myself, look at everything I've spent money on, from morning coffee to rent.

If I were to look at all of my pockets (which I indeed do on a random schedule) I will always see how less receipts I've obtained.

Because of this item's rugged and side-enclosed heavy plastic pockets, my receipts never fall out of these!

Lastly, I place coupons in a second one of these folders on tbe month they are dated to expire.

i bought this to keep all of our w9's in. i like how the file is separated alphabetically to make it easy to go right to the vendor and check if they have submitted the form to us. i think i will buy a few more to help keep our files organized. another thing i like about it is that it will hang right in the file cabinet and is easy to get to. the only thing i wish you would add to the folder is a place to put a label as that would make it much easier to locate the folder you are looking for, especially when you have multiple ones next to each other.

I haven't used this for long, but when I read the other reviews about how great it is for receipts, I decided to give it a try. I've been battling (a losing battle) with receipts for a long time. But I'm excited to see if this will finally help me to get the upper hand. I wasn't too sure where to put it because I don't have a file cabinet, but the file stands very well on it's own without any support, so it's doing well sitting on my desk. I'm so happy to have it, I can't wait to see how it'll go this year with all of my papers!

I've been using this product for years to keep tax receipts. Using Quicken to narrow down the search, I can put my hands on any receipt I need for tax or warranty purposes. Fits in the file cabinet next to my desk making it very convenient.
