I have to send in monthly-collected paperwork once a month at it piles up. I use this to keep track of items as they are collected, sent in, and received back. This is perfect to use by those who have to file away monthly paperwork such as exams, receipts, report cards, etc. for future reference as a way to look back and see what you have yet to master for your next test.

I just wouldn't mind buying a neon colored one so it would be easy to find in my dark back cabinet.
