All I wanted was a few good chairs (they look nice and felt comfortable in the store). But I also want my money's worth and these chairs were not that inexpensive. The leather is so thin that the edges of the armrests were already frayed out of the box. I knew it was bonded leather when I bought it and I do know what that means... but come on, I've seen toilet paper that's thicker than the leather on this chair.

Also, I drove to the store when their website indicated they were in stock (they weren't). Placed the order to ship to store and drove back to pick them up, then another drive to return them. For all of that effort, time and gasoline, I was refunded a small amount less than what I paid because the tax rate when charged at purchase was based on the shipping point and they could only refund the tax rate of the store location (even though I paid for it at the same store, same town). I realize it's only a few dollars, but I think an operation like Staples should figure out how to keep that discrepancy from happening.

Oh well... plenty of other office supply stores in town.

I bought 2 chairs one was missing complete set of hardware, it took 1 week but I did receive the bolts. The chairs looked comfortable and sturdy but after 3 weeks one of the plastic feet broke in half???

It is very easy to assemble, it's comfortability makes you more relax when you are sited. The attractive outlook entice you to sit on it.

I bought this chair so that I could get the support that I need. I am not a small person. Normal office chairs have a bad habit of getting broken and leaning to one side, and so I decided on this chair, which balances the weight much better. So far, I have had no problems with this chair's stability. It is quite comfortable, and for once the instructions that come with the product actually work. It was easy to assemble and the provided tool was the only one needed. Definitely worth the money spent.
