This stapler really impressed me! Its built strong and does an excellent job. I use it every day for stapling large packets together and it hasn't let me down yet. I haven't tried 120 pieces of paper but I've had to have came close to it with all the paper I have to staple. No matter how thick of packets I've stapled, it goes through very smooth every time and I don't have to use much effort. It hasn't even jammed once yet!I would defiantly recommend this product to any one looking for a good, strong heavy duty stapler for the home or office. Others don't even come close in comparison!!

For all you folks complaining about these staplers: I had problems at first too. Then I realized that you don't push the handle down to staple, you have to slap it down like you mean business. Imagine someone with 3 sheets to staple X 100. Are they going to be gentle and take time for each stapling? No, they are going to get a rythume going. They are going to be moving at a steady speed, smacking the stapler with their palm or fist. It takes a little practice. Put something on each side of the stapler to support your paper so that it is flat and not hanging off the sides. Then slap that handle down. Not like you're trying to break it, like you mean business. Then you will have consistant results, no matter what brand you are using.

OMG. This stapler is ridiculous. I try to watch our spending account as well as watch the quality of the office propducts we use. I thought i'd made a nice purchase of this stapler. I was wrong. If this stapler isnt jamming it is spitting out 3 staples at a time. i think in the year i've had to the stapler, it has successfully stapled 5 times. We always end up using another depts stapler.

  high capacity and heavy duty staples are really no different from one another. Please check on the leg length on the staples to ensure they will fit this stapler. The stapler uses 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 15/16" heavy duty staples
