These were handed back to me from two packs - 4 out of 6 in the first pack didn't work, so I opened a second pack: 2 out of 6 in that pack didn't work. In the photo you will see powdered ink on one of the pens that didn't work. In the other photo you will see mold on a pen that still works. Weird! We've never had a problem with Staples products before.
