Good product. Just what I need!

My main beef is that sometimes these postcards are difficult to separate easily. You have to be careful, bending them back and forth a couple of times before tearing. As far as printing is concerned, I find it is best to follow the hints and tips given in the package (i.e. only feed one sheet at a time into your printer, and do not print the second side before the first side has dried). This helps to greatly reduce jamming. If you are in a high-volume business, this may not be the best product for you, since you do have to feed the sheets one by one, but for the at-home business that requires quality, I would definitely recommend these postcards. I'm a musician and send out a lot of leads to brides. The bright white and matte feel gives my printed postcards a professional look.

IMPROVE your product.

FIRST PROBLEM: I had the same problem as another reviewer, i.e., many lost cards due to printer continually jamming. Changed printer; fewer lost cards but lost a lot of cards in total! SECOND PROBLEM: Product box states "easy-tear perforations for smooth edges." The edges were not "crips" but ragged. Had to "shave" most cards. The U.S. mail processing machines added to that problem. CONCLUSION: I printed postcards before and have not encountered this problem so it must be the product. I did not have the luxury of getting other cards due to time constraints of the mailing deadline.[...]

This product has a coating on the card stock that even though it is lightweight, it can jam in machines. This made larger print jobs impossible. We had numerous paper jams, and the rollers did not work well with the coated material on this cardstock. It just would not feed right. We replaced rollers on our Xerox just for this job and still it did not work well.

Most of the reviews are right, this product jams constantly, in all of my machines. I'm not sure if the coating is different or what, but the 100pk version of this product does not jam at all compared to this sku.

I have purchased inkjet postcards from Staples in the past, but have purchased a name brand product. I thought I'd try the staples version because the price was more attractive. It was a disaster. The postcards snapped apart while running through the printer, causing a printer jam. Not one page could run through the machine without snapping. Trying alternate printers did not resolve the problem. These cards are simply not built to run through an inkjet printer. I couldn't return them, and I can't use them. It was a complete waste of money.

Cards printed great on my Canon Pixma printer, duplex. Looked good; color, sharp. But, did not hold up well in the mails: the Post Office sorting machine ripped or peeled back the edges of 30% on average.
