Q: My HP 6300 series printer keeps giving a paper jam message. I can find no jam. The paper comes part way out then stops. When I press ok, the paper comes the rest of the way out but doesn't print. When it tries to continue printing, the same thing happens again. Could it possibly be that the rollers inside the printer need cleaning, and would this product possibly help?
