Getting organized

We manage many commercial properties. One of my jobs is to code and process all invoices. This product makes it easier to divide the billings among the properties that need to pay. Once a week I give this the property manager to approve and he is able to see at a glance what properties have bills due.

Purchased this item to organize and store many receipts and booklets and instructions of items that I have purchased. Had them in a plastic bag/that was not working. This file folder is the perfect solution to the random pile of information. Now it's neat and organized and I can take it with me if I need to in the event of a storm threat.

I label each expandable file by year and store them on a shelf in my closet. The older files (8years or older) I can just pick up and submit to a public shredder. The handling is easy and convenient. Don't have to be bogged down with file cabinets, drawers etc. If I want to look up something I can go the the file by year and then alphabetic topic.
