This is very handy to organize items I need to file almost daily without having to go to the big file cabinet drawer. I just organize the handfule of files and use it for mostly bills as they are paid or as they come in and then file the lot about once in two weeks. I also use this to arrange my hobby lists into order of priority including the shopping lists to replenish the items used. This is an ongoing revolving arrangement to stay stocked on supplies and to know what I may be short on in just one glance. Real handy.

It would be much better if the plastic were thicker making the file box more sturdy.
