I have looked high and low for a divider that isn't thicker that the binding covers for my training manuals. My other requirement is that the WHOLE PAGE be the color of the divider, instead of white or clear. In an attempt tobe green, we have eliminated chapter pages, and get right to the meat of the chapter on the first page, therefore clear dividers dont' give a true separation between chapters, and white dividers just look like a blank page that needs something on it (but they can't go through a printer).
These dividers fulfill both requirements, but are in the most unfortunate colors (hot pink & neon-pastels). However, ugly and unprofessional colors don't override the first two qualifications.

I tried this for one graduate course, thinking I could easily erase and re-use. However, it took me a while to erase the tabs; I had to use a heavy-duty eraser (one for ink and pencil); and it still held the impressions from the previous writing. If I were to buy this again, it would need to come with a special pen to erase easily. I will stick with the cheap, plain tab dividers with pieces of paper stuck in!
