I had used this product in the past and after much searching, I was finally able to locate it once again. It does a great job of removing lines which appear vertically on the pages that I printed. After cleaning other parts of my computer, the last thing was to find these sheets. I had some trouble finding them in the store, but finally found someone who knew what I was talking about. I immediately came home to use it as I had some very important papers that I needed to print and could not print them with a great big line down the middle. This product cleaned my computer immediately. No black line and clean, clean copies.

I got a line across my drum which started showing up on all my print jobs. This cleaner kit took care of "a lot" of it, but not all of it. Is probably better to use as part of regular cleaning and maintenance, versus major cleaning.

Almost ruined printer. So wet it sucked toner out of cartridge. Took tow or three peices of clean paper to absorb all the wet toner residue. Returning to store as soon as possible for refund.

I got a different product many years ago to clean a scanner I have- that product is no longer avail- I tried this one & it works on my scanner, laser printers. I actually use the sheet a mim of 4 times per printer & scanner I keep flipping it to make sure i can get all the gunk out. It helps- wash your hands afterwards & dont touch anything till you do. :-)

I am getting "stripes" on my scanning of documents and wanted to clean the rollers to prevent this, but this product did not do the job. I have had other products that did a much better job.
