These are nice and strong and did snap into place in the lateral file cabinet. The down side is the overall size is small. If I use only this, file folders sag over the top edge. These need to be made taller, 4" tall just isn't enough. They could also be made longer for more coverage.

These are listed at 4" x 11", which isn't even close to correct. Actual size is 4-15/16" x 12-5/16" not including the tabs. I was hoping to make these work in a vertical file cabinet but that's going to be a chore. For their intended purpose I imagine they'll be fine.
