The box itself is fine, but if you need to squeeze it into a file drawer or bend it in any way, it will crack. Well, not really crack - shatter is more the word. Thankfully the one of the four of mine that did shatter only did so at one corner so it's still technically usable - but the split down the whole corner of the box means that it would need to be taped up or something if used outside of a drawer or other supporting structure. And I'm already concerned about the sharp broken edges. It's not made of the kind of flexible plastic that you usually find in these kinds of boxes - its a much more rigid and stiff plastic. I think that if you don't bend it or put any weight on it, it should be fine. I wouldn't expect to stack these more than two high without some problems, though.

Love this box! I treated myself to a new box for my coupons and this was the perfect fit! I've been using a copy paper box, but this was definitely worth the investment! This has a rail along each side for hanging files and the top snaps on very easily.
