        I love this product really. We were looking for a product to help organize a physical flow of work. After looking on the Staples website, there were many variations of pocket files. The seven-pocket wall files were my second choice honestly because of the price. There were several other pocket files, capable of holding more papers/files than ordering several of the seven-pocket holders, at a far less cost. At the end of the day, I looked past the price because I figured the appearance of the seven-pocket wall files would look more professional and the excess of the cheaper files would only get in the way. I'm glad I purchased this product,the only downfall is the wall mounting tape doesn't work well.

                We need 3 rows of 9 wall files and 1 row of 8 so if we order these we will need several sets, can we configure them how we need to or do they have to stay it sets of 7? Also are they expandable if we need to add more in the future?

                  Each piece can indeed be separated, but they are not meant to be hung that way. The kit does not come with the proper hardware to do so either.

                  This pocket file item number 806659 is designed to easily mount to walls. May I suggest the Staples item number 889192 a Cubicle Wall File that may be better suited to be hung on a cubicle wall for this item includes hanging brackets to fit cubicle walls or partitions up to 2 1/2" wide.

                  This appears to be a full unit that is not meant to be dethatched, for the hardware included says it easily mounts to walls with two screws and mounting tape that is included.
                  May I suggest the Staples item number 889111 which is the Staples Single Pocket Black Wall File, Letter-Size.

                  They come separate, but they are not made to hang separately. They have features in the plastic which connect them. There are not hang holes on each pocket to allow screws to be used.
