Best Cart for the money!!!

I live downtown, and am remodeling. Many stores do not offer delivery, or, you find deals on multiple bulky items, or many items while shopping. I have tried and own every pull cart and rolling tote type luggage, and this product has never let me down i.e. turn overs, multiple items sliding to one side causing possible turn-over or mishap, etc. What makes this product exceptional is that the handle extends 40+ inches and curves with a soft rubber handle. Items longer than the 40" do not press against your hand, absolute must for heavier items. The Larger wheels and frame are perfectly balanced, which is vital when you hit those notorious Chicago bumps, crevaces, and uneven sidewalk ledges. Wheels too close together and not balanced cause a heavier load to turn over when hitting those extreme uneven surfaces. Only drawback is the release bar -- 2 push in tabs that release to close cart with the release bar. This is hit or miss. I have learned to just get the release bar near those tabs and press them in myself. Kind of tricky. People know me downtown and how much I haul, and have specifically asked about this cart. I always tell them to go to Staples and get one. For the price and stable features, there is no way you can go wrong!!! Only thing, they are popular, so often times they are not in stock if you need one immediately while shopping.

This is great for square items that are not too wide or too heavy or odd-sized. I think the RIDGED hard plastic wheels are unnecessarily noisy. I have to walk down long, tiled corridors with this and people can hear me coming from one end to the other, including those on the floor below me. Going up and down curbs without ramps can be a disaster unless one eases the cart, face-forward, carefully to go down and then backs up and LIFTS to pull it up a curb. Not easy if you're carting a heavy load. Go down a curb the wrong way and the whole thing will tip and spill all without apology! I quit using it because of the noise. The curb issues would be no big deal if it weren't for the noise issue. This can be distracting during meetings, tests and business phone conversations.

    This cart is just what I needed to carry a 30 to 40 Pound beverage cooler around. Works Great and folds up nice and small for storage.
    I cant believe some of the negative reviews.So much Bickering about secureing the load with the strap, and manuvering over a curb.
    All it takes is a little common sense and ingenuity to solve some of these problems.
    I found that the strap provided,worked well , if you wrapped it around the top of the handle a couple times . I suggest , If you dont know how to secure the strap on the handle by wrapping it around or if necessary tieing a propper knot, then go to any hardware store and purchase a few BUNGEE cords.
