I bought this product 2 years ago for personal use and it works as good as new. Having the drawer to empty the waste makes this a very convenient little machine. It's design (short and squatty) makes it virtually impossible to tip over. Like it so much that I'm going to purchase one for my mother.

I like that this product doesn't take up much space, but handles the jobs that I need it to do.

It doesn't seem able to handle as many sheets as he says it can. If I shred more than 2-3 at a time, it sounds like it is straining.

I had a prior model to the M5 (M3) and loved it. Unfortunately, I depended so much on it that I unwittingly tried to shred an Angel Medallion that some idiotic charity sent me. It didn't handle that too well, but I had it for three + years, and searched for the same to replace it. You'll love it!!!
