Answer this question 1 answer A: Unplug the shredder. Make sure the basket is empty. Check the blades on both sides to see if anything is jammed in between them. After ensuring that the shredder is cool (possible overheat), plug it back in. Try a sheet of paper that is as wide as the slot.
