I use these for both personal and business. I don't use hanging folders as they take up more space in the drawer and you waste time writing on both the hanging folder tag and folder tag. Time is important so these help me find what I'm looking for faster and saves me seconds that I could put towards something else.

I use the filing guides to keep all my smaller job files organized and therefore easier to locate. The only drawback is that the manila stock is not sturdy enough for the tabs to stand up to heavy use. I prefer the older products that were made from heavier board with reinforced tabs.

I use the filing guides to keep all my smaller job files organized and therefore easier to locate. The only drawback is that the manila stock is not sturdy enough for the tabs to stand up to heavy use. I prefer the older products that were made from heavier board with reinforced tabs.
