I ordered 12 to replace some clunky, awkward chairs that were around our conference table. They roll beautifully, aren't too heavy and are very comfortable.

I just wish the tilt was a little easier to adjust.

I use this chair when I am using my home computer & playing video games/ watching TV. Since I have purchased it I have had to call for the following replacment parts: new seat & back with 1 week of purchase-- appeared items was danaged in shipping box-- damage was in sam area on both parts as they would be packed in box, and 4 replacement sets of arms-- they crack at the stress point on the back screw attached to the seat-- I have tried tightening the screws sungly-- to just finger tight-- to no avail the arms keep cracking-- so after 3 years of being dumped out of my chair with some regularity it am going to pull the arms off and turn it into a foot stool & buy another chair

This wasn't a very sturdy chair; it broke after one day of use. It's not a terrible chair but if you indend to use it 5 days a week, if you like to kick your feet up and occasionally nap in your chair, you ought to invest in something sturdier. I bought this chair for my office and the right arm rest broke after one day of use, since the back rest is braced by the arm rests you could no longer sit back. I tore the arm and back rests off and now it's a stool.

I cannot understand the good reviews on this product. Perhaps I am spoiled by having good office chairs. Thoughts:
1. Not easy to assemble. About 1 hour if you're good with DIY and the end product looks unbalanced.
2. Not adjustable - armrests/back.
3. Very thin quality parts. This does not even feel or look safe.
4. Tilt is so stiff it's completely ineffective.

Avoid.

We recently bought four of these chairs for our dining room table. We wanted adjustable chairs with rollers, but didn't want to spend a lot of money for them. So, these fit the bill. They are functional and roll fine on the carpet.

The up/down hydraulic adjustment works well while the tilt mechanism is less flexible. About the only thing to watch out for is when someone is sitting in them and gets up when the chair is under the table edge. It can get partially stuck unless you lower the chair before you get up.

Overall, they are serving their purpose and we are very happy with them (especially for the price that we paid).
