I have returned two of these shredders due to jamming. The shredded paper bunches up under the plastic slot between the blades and the bin. The plastic slot would bend out from the pressure from the paper. I won't buy another.

Cannot shred a single credit card offer (in envelope) without jamming. You have to take the paper out of the envelope and feed no more than one folded sheet at a time. Very small bin and when you open to empty, you better be on top of a garbage can because it is immediately dumped.
