I bought the large desk, small desk and keyboard tray. Delivery was great, looks great, assembly was fine until I went to add the keyboard tray. It installs with camlocks, but unlike the camlocks connecting the legs, they just didn't feel right when I installed the keyboard frame. I took them out and reinstalled them, screwed them in farther, screwed them out farther, but nothing seemed to help. I figured it must be alright so I tipped the desk on the legs and fitted everything to a "L shape. Went to put the keyboard tray in the frame and the whole thing fell on the floor. Grommets pulled out from the desktop, wood frame on tray split. As this would have meant sending back both the desk and the keyboard tray, I tipped it back over and installed it with metal "L" brackets and 16 screws. Even installed, the keyboard tray sits back in so far I can't use the keyboard that came with my computer.

Nice looking sturdy furniture, but someone needs to go to plan B on the keyboard tray design and attachment IMO.

I bought the large desk and small desk. I constructed it into an "L" configuration. I also got the large hutch. I could not be happier with this! The quality of the materials is a cut above most of the home office collections I have seen both in Staples and competing stores. I really like the look of it. It's made of solid wood (not cheap particle board). So yes -- it is heavy. It's best to decide where you want to place it BEFORE assembly or you're going to have a tough time moving it around. I plan to purchase the bookcase and lateral file cabinet soon. If you are just shopping based on price, this is a bit more expensive than other models Staples offers but the quality for this set is higher.

Nice size.. large but not too big. Have laptop, keyboard, 22" monitor, and mouse set up. Still have plenty of work space for writing/sketching/etc. Desk takes up a corner of the home office.

Construction diagrams weren't as clear as they could have been, but I managed to muddle through the task. Very pleased once it was completed (about 1-1/2 hours after removing parts from the box and lining up the fasteners). Didn't have to call the toll-free phone support number.

I wanted to update my home office with a furniture style that fit with my western decor. The Mission collection does that job well. First of all, this is very well made furniture. I purchased both the large and small desks, the hutch, two lateral files and one smaller file plus the stackable tables. They are all great pieces. I have the desks in a "L" shape. It is really nice to the have the computer off to the side so you have another desk with a complete writing service available.

I thought the instructions for putting everything together were well laid out and, for the most part, understandable. Given that, it takes quite a bit of time and energy. Be absolutely sure you put these pieces together where you want them to end up, This is substantial, heavy furniture so you wouldn't want to be taking them up and down too many stairs after they are assembled. The lateral files did have several screws to put in and they were in a spot difficult to get good leverage so that part could be improved a little.
