My husband wanted new chair for use at his computer desk for Christmas. After trying all chairs in store, we decided this felt most comfortable and I bought one for myself too. After about 3 months of use, it is like sitting on a hard piece of wood - all cushioning in seat is gone in BOTH chairs! Very disappointing!

This chair has created more problems then I can count. From wobbly supports to falling backwards, this chair will have you screaming for a refund. Let us first start from when I bought it. All Staples chairs look great coming out of the box. (funny how they all look the same) It reminds me of how a 40,000 dollar Lexus has parts from a 10,000 Toyota. All Staples chairs are the same. This one was fine for the first month or so-just enough time for it to go out of warranty. The side arm continuously falls off, causing the chair to throw the user backwards in a quick motion. No matter how much I tighten it, the arm piece keeps falling out. This is not the only usability problem however, as the seat is as flat as a piece of paper and hurts to sit on. It's easy to overlook these reviews, but trust me, buy yourself a high quality NOT staples chair. You will save money in the long run by not having to replace it.

I waited for weeks for this chair to go on sale. I knew that it was the one I wanted as I had spent weeks going to one of your stores and sitting in all the chairs until I found the right fit. It took a long time but was worth it. I waited until the price was right. I used the sale plus some of my staples rewards and a gift card to bring the price down. It was well worth it. I sit in my chair at the computer every day. I only have one problem with the chair. The height the chair can be raised could be about a few inches higher. I use a soft cushion that is three inches thick when at the computer. Other wise it is great when just conferencing as is. I would not hesitate to buy more when needed
