Q: I understand that the seat has tilt lock positions- how many are there? Is there more than the one at the fully upright and fully reclined? Q: the seat is not flat its lower in the back than in the front but doesnt have any thing to do with the tilt operation of the chair, can the seat be adjusted? Asked on 8/10/2012 by pat Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: The Staples Montessa Luxura Managers Chair features center tilt with adjustable tilt tension and lock (center tilts from a point under the center of the seat allowing you to rock). Adjustable tilt tension means you can increase or decrease tilt tension depending on users bodyweight. The tilt lock can be locked in positions to accommodate your posture. Once the seat is adjusted to your comfort, the chair will be more comfortable for your individual needs. Answered on 8/14/2012 by Cindy from Staples A: This chair does not have a seat tilt option. It does have an overall tilt option by pulling the lever on the right side away from the gas lift, this of course will allow the back to recline back as well. To place an order for this item, please contact us by dialing 1-800-333-3330. Answered on 8/14/2012 by Liz C from Staples
Q: how do I get my chair height to lock Asked on 3/14/2012 by Anonymous from United States Know the answer? Q: Gentlemen/women: This chair is very comfortable, wish I had bought it years ago. Just one question: How to clean, if, say, something is spilled on it. A damp cloth? Is dish detergent going to attack the material. How about some cleaning product, like "409"? Thank you. Asked on 7/28/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 3 answers A: Lightly rubbing the material with a damp cloth and letting it air dry is generally a safe way to clean any material, but if that isn't enough, try a combination of vinegar and water on a test spot first and then use it to clean the spill if the test spot looks good. Answered on 8/4/2011 by Anonymous from None A: While we do not recommend a particular cleaning product, you can use a damp cloth to wipe down your chair. If you would like to use a cleaning product, we suggest that you test the product on the bottom side of the seat cushion first to make sure the product doesn't alter the material, before applying the product on the entire chair. Please note that any type of discoloration or alteration made to the chair from a cleaner will automatically void the warranty. Answered on 8/5/2011 by Bonnie B from Staples
