Unfortunately, most times the paper (approx. the first 1") upon opening of the box is heavily creased & non-useable.

We've been using this product for a few years. Not becaues it's a great product, just lack of quality options. Plan to waste at least the first 20 sheets from every box. They're ALWAYS folded and missformed. The holes front to back sheet dont always line up well and cause paper jams as well. They do tear apart easyer than they used to. I guess that's better. Not many positives to this product.
