Back came apart just after one year warranty ended. Looks good but not worth the cost for one year's use. Buy a better quality chair that will last. Not up to Staples standards.

This is probably the worst chair I've purchased ever. After just 6 months, the cushions went flat. We purchased 2 chairs and both have the same problem. We don't use it for 3 hrs continuously and none of us are over 180lbs.

I have called in for a warranty replacement for the seat cushion and now after 4 months, it's flat again and my girls can feel the screws coming from the bottom of the chair.

The ergonomics is also bad where they have to sit all the way back to get any back support but then their legs are dangling because you can move the back support foward enough.

Now, the pneumatic height adjustment as gone bad, it slowly drops all the way down without actually trying to adjust it. The bad part is that I can't return the chairs anymore since it's been 10 months. Wasted money on 2 chairs, they are going in the garbage.

I ordered two of these chairs on the 10th of February. They arrived only two days later and that was on top of having free shipping! I was able to put both of them together, without help (I am a 35 year old woman), in less than 30 minutes. The instructions were very easy to follow, and I was VERY impressed with the way that everything was packaged, especially the screws and allen wrench. Each part was in a separate bag, labelled with the step #. Example, two screws, in a little baggy, labelled Step 1 Part A. The chair is comfortable, so far, and nice looking also. The only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars was that I have no been able to use it for an extended period of time yet. Also, the seat is a nice size for my generous sized hind-end. :)

I was worried about putting this chair together by myself but it could not have been easier. The height adjustment gets me to the exact height I need to be comfortable at my sewing machine. I also use it at my craft table and my puzzle table. (I am a jigsaw puzzle nut and always have one set up) The range of height adjustments I need are easy to achieve and make all of my projects comfortable to work on. I would also say that the chair arrived at my home in good condition and a day ahead of the promised delivery date. I am completely satisfied.
