Recently Staples switched this product for a cheaper quality version with no explanation and no remedy other than to give me my money back saying they have no way of knowing what type of envelope is chosen. IT IS NOT THE ONE IN THE PHOTO which is bubble lite, the substitute is called Hefty Air Express, it is cheap quality all around. We ship a product to customers and the first impression they will get from this envelope is that the business (us) is cheap and flim-flam Not impressed with lack of care expressed by Staples who basically said ok shop elsewhere then...after 15 years of buying these from them!!

Well-constructed but difficult to seal because the flap is less than an inch long, making it tough to fold over and tape (envelopes do not have an adhesive strip of any kind).
