A GREAT addition to Staples' vast selection of writing implements! The design is PERFECT, even for arthritic hands like mine. The ink colors aretrue and clear....PERFECT for ANY use. I was 'married' to a name-brand pen, but when I went to buy my usual 4-pack, they were sold out. The Staples' clerk suggested that I try "Opti-Flow", and reminded me I could return them if I wasn't comletely satisfied. After using Opti-Flow for the rest of the day I was HOOKED! Better yet, I get 6 Opti-Flow Pens for almost [$]LESSthan my old 'brand-name' 4-pack! I have GREAT pensfor less money, and the Opti-Flow Pens seem to last longer, too! GO Staples! You've done it again!

I use a green pen to grade my law school papers, so I found this gel pen as an alternative to my absolute favorite, the Pentel Energel .5, which I could not find in green. This Staples brand is a good alternative for casual use. Since I spend an average of 40-50 hours grading papers, this pen is uncomfortable for my small hand because the barrel is much too thick. If they could slim it down, it would be much more comfortable. It writes very nicely though and I like the visible ink supply feature not provided in all gel pens (like the Uniball).

Comments about Staples® OptiFlow Rollerball Pens, Fine Point, Assorted, 6/Pack:
These are very nice pens that write well. The only limitation is in the color selection. If you need black, you can get a 4-pack. However, if you need another color, you have to purchase a 6-pack that contain an assortment of colors. Over time, I have ended up with more black, red and green pens than I need, but I can get only 2 blue pens at a time. I wish it were possible to purchase a package of 4 blue pens.

These write very smooth, but I wish the tip were a little bigger. I have duplicate checks and it wants to scratch through, or not show on the next copy. All in all nice for the money.
