After a short period of time using this cartridge, it no longer printed on the envelopes unless you removed it and reinserted it as a new cartridge. It was removing the dollars from the postage machine but not printing on the envelopes.

                  This is not compatible with the DM300c, or DM400c. The item number for the replacement ink for both of those is IVR7659. This cannot be ordered via Staples.com, but you should be able to get it by calling us at 800-333-3330!
