NOT Cool enough.

We had a Volunteer event and used these for coffee, using one cup was not enough. The heat went through the cup and the 12 oz. size doesn't fit for dispensing the coffee, so we had a lot of coffee on the table and floor.

We use these cups in the office for Coffee, Tea and cold water. I've never heard about any leak issues, and they are pretty well insulated. We did buy some sleeves for those with more sensitive hands. Since we go through a lot of cups, these get a little expensive. I just bought the 10oz version to save a little money... I'll see if anyone notices.
