The product is exactly what I needed and wanted. The service was a problem: I spent all this time creating an online account only to find that I couldn't order anything online. What a waste of my time. Have no idea why I couldn't get your server to acknowledge my order, and don't know if I want to do it again. When I told someone in customer service, they didn't seem to care, they just wanted the sale.
