Black ink shows up well on it. The only con I have is that I wish it were a little thicker - the thickness is not bad, however any thinner and it would not have worked well. Due to budget cuts, we are no longer allowed to have colored paper for our classrooms. Although I have to buy my own paper, Staples allows me to keep my classroom colorful!
