I intended to frame a certificate. There is nothing good about this product. Backing cannot be removed to insert certificate. No plastic film to cover article framed on the #2&3 frames in the package. Deceptively, the film is included in the first (top) frame in the package. I intend to attempt to return this product to the store. This product is not of a quality I would expect to purchase at Staples.

    I found it difficult to believe that a presentation frame for any use could be of such cheap construction. Not even a glass panel much less at least rigid plastic, but a heavy guage, floppy plastic film and the only thing to give it rigidity was the cardboard backing. Rather than a pack of three of these "frames", I would rather have paid the same price (I think it was close to ten dollars) for a single frame of better quality. I would suggest that to maintain Staple's reputation for quality office products, it ought to give serious thought to dropping this line.
