I was quite disappointed with both the selection and prices of folders at my local Staples. The customer service associate/salesman was exceptionally terrible. The folder itself was way overpriced (I should have gone somewhere else...). However, price is not all that matters. Had the quality of the folder been appropriate, I would not have cared about the enormous upfront cost. The folder did not fold too well because of the poor choice of material thickness.

        This product should not have taken place of the Oxford 2 pocket portfolio with fasteners. About one in 4 fasteners came out as I was opening them to add paper. I would recommend fixing the problem so I do not have to order [...] again.
