    I was able to use these envelopes to mail rather large binders. However, if they were to be used to mail products that might require cushioning to protect them, they would not be good. I believe the high price[$] per envelope, is based on the fact that they are cushioned. For my purpose, if I had found uncushioned envelopes for a lower price, I would have done better.

      I really wish these were cheaper. When Office Depot was down the road (Central Ave/Rte 100) I would go there and they were much cheaper. It also seems that the paper (non-waterproof and half the price) version has "disappeared". Staples for me lately is strictly a "last resort". If I know I can find it cheaper somewhere else- that's where I go.
