          I use this product to keep track of all monthly billig, receipts, and notices. This allows me to find things easily if there is a question regarding any purchase or information. It is particularly helpful at tax-time. I also use this to keep track of my business receipts and pertinenet documentation. It is helpful for record-keeping , allwing for easy accounting for things like business dinners, business expenses, rraining materials, and important notices that are required to be kept.

            Used to store quarterly accounting system reports. It is a very durable file useful for long term storage, but the bottom edge needs to expand more to allow for a larger storage capacity, similar to the top edge, sides and cover flap.
