This is a nice filing organizer. It keeps you organized well. My daughter uses it for school to separate all of her subjects. Sometimes it can come into an out-of-shape look, but for the most part, it's pretty nice.

The pocket dividers are not attached at the base, therefore paperwork can slide between divisions. In addition, we were expecting a slightly larger expandable file.
