Excellent product for the money

Purchased this chair at an in-store promotional price of [$], and I'm extremely pleased. It was very easy to assemble, and took very little time. The chair feels very sturdy, and the leather has a very nice feel to it. The lumbar support is also nice, although it doesn't change a lot throughout the range of adjustment. I like the variety of adjustments...in addition to the normal up/down/tilt and lock, it also has the lumbar adjustment and adjustable arm rests. All in all, a very nice chair for the money. I don't know that I'd have bought it at the price listed on the website, but for what I paid, I got a heck of a deal, and a very nice, comfortable chair to boot.

Defective Chair

Bought this chair 6 weeks ago and the adjustable arm broke. Because it was past Staples 14 day return policy they would not do anything and told me I had to go the manufacturer Poynter. Unfortunately no one at the Staples store had a number to call and there is not information on the internet. Poor customer service from Staples. Told me I should have bought the extended warranty. Thanks Staples.

This chair has numerous adjustments including lumbar. Adjustments are all within reach while in the seated position. Very easy arm adjustment. Assembly was straight forward and no additional or special tools are required. Only negative is that it could use a tad more padding in the seat cushion.

Feels absolutely wonderful! The back support I am now enjoying is simply superb. I have tried many different brands and styles of chairs for sitting at my computer desk. I even tried a straight back chair from my kitchen table. However, this is the best sitting, best supporting chair I have had in many moons. The lumbar support is just the added touch to make hours of sitting in this chair very comfortable. I use a small foot stool, which adds to the overall form fit of the chair. (Best of all, it was on sale! And I was able to use my bonus points to purchase it.)

Just what I needed for my home office a chair that I can use with computer and comfortable to set in may hours while in office. This is the one comfortable think I was able to buy for my self and enjoy while reading all the company emails and personal emails. Chair for all the needs of a home office. Most of the chairs I have purchased over the last 20 years have come from staples.Most of the purchases was price that I could afford at that stag in my life. Now that I work part time and retired 75% of time. It works.

  At Staples all our chairs undergo a pass fire resistant test and if the chairs go up in flames, it would not be sold. As for a fire rating the above chair does not have one.

  The tilt lockout locks the chair in the upright position only. Pulling the handle all the way out,
  allows the chair to tilt. Pushing the handle in locks the chair in the fully upright position.

I bought this product today at the store and it didnot come with directions or an owner's manual. I managed to put the chair together, but I would like to have directions for assembly and an owner's manual to be certain I am not missing parts and have done everything needed to put the product together as well as being able to operate its components.
