    The covers that keep the them fresh were both loose and I could not get them to print anything. Total waste of money.

      Horrible ink cartridges. Worked for maybe 5-10 prints then just stopped dispensing ink. Tried them twice with little success. Had to clean print heads multiple times then install brand-name cartridges and it took 3-4 prints before the printer started working normally again. Do NOT buy generic cartridges from staples.

          The yield is approximately 450 pages each.

          The black cartridge will yeild up to 450 pages. The ISO standard cartridge test does measure the 3 color cartridges in one test and the black cartridges as a separate test.
