This ink was $4 dollars cheaper than the brand name printer ink but I can tell no difference in quality. I will continue to use this ink from now on. I wish I had tried it sooner, and plan to buy only this brand in the future as my other inks need replacement.

Adequate but expensive

The cartridge is adequate for basic use such as printing web pages. However, Staple's price for a 3rd party ink cartridge was outrageous. There are actually dealers on the web who sell the equivalent OEM Canon ink for less. What I appreciated about my purchase was a very convenient store location, and because of this I'll probably purchase ink from Staples again.

Staples Remanufactured Ink Cartridges, Canon BCI-6Y or any other Canon remanufactured ink cartridges from Staples are wonderful. They are reasonably priced and perform just as well as the original Canon Cartridges.

I had always bought ink at your store. When i got it this time i got the wrong ink. When i went back they didnt have any colors of the one i use so i got stuck with this one because i had already installed befote i realized it was wrong. Very dissappointed i lost money i will find somewhere else to get my ink. I also have a lexmark printer i am just wondering if they dont carry that either. Very dissappointed

Maybe this was a fluke; this was the first time I tried Staples ink. It didn't quite fit. With Canon ink, you hear feel and hear a click when you insert it. With this item, I had to push it very hard to get it to click. At first, the test color pages were good. Then 3 days later, I printed something that was blue and pink. It came out yellow and green. I printed out the test page and the pink was light orange and the blue was light green. I only guess that the cartridge was letting too much yellow flow during the color mixing.
