These velcro ties are pretty standard and I can't complain. They definitely fulfill their purpose. I would just prefer more of a color choice and maybe a little tag for a label. My cords are hellish and although this exponentially fixed my problem I still have trouble finding out what electronic cords lead to what outlet.

While the straps succeed in wrapping cables tightly, they are EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to use. The tie sticks to itself in all the wrong ways. Trying to pull it through the loop takes a lot of effort because the thing keeps sticking to itself. I know that it seems like that's what it's SUPPOSED to do, but if you get the VELCRO brand ones, it's a world of difference. The Velcro ties slide through their loops like butter and still hold firmly. The Velcro ties are also just softer and more appealing to handle.

        Four hundred characters? What am I writing a book?
        The skinny is these work very well. They are a bit bulky even for just say 2 power cords. But if you are routing several speakers and video wires these are perfect. Great to just have laying around for everyday stuff. Certainly big enough to wrap up small extension cords and the like.
