    This pen seemed like a good deal, but I find that they do not compare to the Xeno pens that are really good deals. The Revu pens have only one, maddening issue: they do not start right away. You have to scribble on a piece of scrap paper to get the pen started. I thought it was one pen, but they all do that. So it's annoying to have to scribble on scrap to get the pen going. And I have to do it each and every time I use the pen, even if I just used it a minute ago. I don't understand. I've never had that issue with any other pens before, not even the cheapest ones.

        The tiny plastic cap that covers the ball point to protect it and keep it from drying out is a nice touch. About half the pens we've used needed a little break in time before they would write smoothly and without skipping. Overall, the people in our office chose this pen 2 to 1 over a BIC.
