Delivered January 24th. Broke apart and nearly dumped me on the floor April 12th. No, I did not "put it together wrong." The cheap plastic armrest broke as I was in the reclined position and since it holds the back of the chair in place, the back is no longer stable. The chair is now a large, useless piece of garbage. Unfortunately, Staples accepts no furniture returns unless it's defective upon receipt. I did notice the materials felt cheap, but once it was delivered I was stuck with it. Do yourself a favor and avoid. I may have made a somewhat "budget" purchase, but I've bought far cheaper things that have lasted much longer than this non-refundable trash.

Very nice comfortable chair! Easy to assemble in about 30 minutes. Even though the store sign indicated 3-5 hours moderate use, I use this chair much longer than that doing medical transcription. It maintains a good comfort level all day. The back is high, so it's the perfect height to rest your head back. Highly recommend this chair if you're looking for comfort. Looks like real leather even though it's faux leather.
