Bout this for my business use - I sit in it for about 8 hours a day. Its just ok - you cannot adjust the arms, and it also lacks any adjustment to the back. My biggest qualm is the padding. It is not nearly thick enough! It looks like a decent executive chair and for [$] it is an ok buy, but this is also an ok chair. Not what I was expecting, but I guess you get what you pay for. I think I will be purchasing a new better chair probably pretty soon. Its a good thing I didnt pay full price or it would have been returned~

                    The pneumatic seat height adjustment for Staples' Sidley Luxura Executive High-Back Chair applies to the seat only. Specifications indicate that there is no adjustment for the back rest. According to customer reviews, some complaints (non-adjustable arm rest and back rest, etc.) suggest that discomfort may be relative to the weight and height of person using the chair.

                  I'm interested in purchasing this chair, item 923275, and the hardwood floor casters, item 651874. I'm confused because the description of the casters says they're for "all metal-based chairs." This chair is described as having a "5-star NYLON base." Are the casters compatible with this chair? Or should I buy a different kind of casters? Thank you.

                    The casters should be compatible with your chair. It seems all of the chair casters sold by staples say "For metal based chairs," so you should not have any issues.
