Q: I work for a Sheriffs Dept and have had 2 of these chairs for about a year. I am under the 225lb limit but both chairs have broken on me. I do a lot of leaning back in my chairs watching security monitors and in both chairs the arms have broken where they are attached to the seat. I dont know if this would be covered under the warranty, but if not i need to order replacement arms for both chairs. Please let me know how to proceed, thank you. Q: How do I get the seat to adust to the highest position? (The pneumatic seat height adjustment level seems to be stuck in the lowest position.) Asked on 5/20/2012 by Pearl from Snow Hill, NC Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: The pneumatic seat height adjustment for Staples' Sidley Luxura Executive High-Back Chair applies to the seat only. Specifications indicate that there is no adjustment for the back rest. According to customer reviews, some complaints (non-adjustable arm rest and back rest, etc.) suggest that discomfort may be relative to the weight and height of person using the chair. Q: I'm interested in purchasing this chair, item 923275, and the hardwood floor casters, item 651874. I'm confused because the description of the casters says they're for "all metal-based chairs." This chair is described as having a "5-star NYLON base." Are the casters compatible with this chair? Or should I buy a different kind of casters? Thank you. Asked on 9/11/2011 by Frank from NYC Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: The casters should be compatible with your chair. It seems all of the chair casters sold by staples say "For metal based chairs," so you should not have any issues. Answered on 9/13/2011 by Anonymous from None A: You are correct, the casters that you are referring to will work with the Staples Luxura chair. Answered on 9/14/2011 by Kayla T. from Staples
