      Although the website indicates patteries not included, when buying through the physical store,
      packaging does NOT indicate batteries NOT included. Also the push button is somewhat touchy". I think it requires a little more pressure to push than what I woudl want to use in a major presentation.

        The con of the quad A batteries (AAAA) which are not easy to find is what enables the small diameter so it's a necessary evil, I guess. All-in-all a great pointer. Smaller than many pens.
