I use this for taking notes at church, and for journalling. The sheets are narrow-ruled, so a lot of text can be written on each page. There are a couple of dividers with pockets, also a set of multi colored florescent stick-on tabs for marking pages in a book or other study material.
It's a handy size, and the cloth binding over the spirals adds comfort.

Good value compared to competition (Mead 5 Star). Size allows me to keep it in my zippered Bible cover to take notes during Bible studies. Would be better with elasticized pen loop on front like competitor's version.
